Spicy, Open Face Poached Eggs

I’m officially obsessed with poached eggs. This time I switched it up a bit and added a bit of hot sauce and fresh spinach. So, here’s the simple and easy breakfast…

The sauce:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Tarragon dressing (you can use whatever you want)
  • Garlic powder
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Salt
