Food for Thought

Quality is key. Remember that, when your shopping, you should read labels for ingredients. Nutritional information is important but when “natural flavor” and “caramel color”, for example, is on the ingredient list I immediately put the product back on the grocery store shelf. Why do I want to ingest cancer? No one does but not everyone understands the magnitude of consuming these ingredients. This is just a start and I have so much more to say. Ultimately, Non GMO and/or Organic is the best way to go and I seek out those products.
